| 售后服务承诺书
上海红鹭服饰有限公司历来以每一个客户满意为第一要素,并建立了一整套售后服务体系:
1、服务工作制度:
a、热情答复贵单位的来电来信问询,妥善解决实际问题,并建立客户服务档案。
b、热情认真接待来访客户,并在最短时间内处理相关事宜,直至客户满意为止。
c、对所有尺寸或质量问题退回公司的产品,详细填写记录单并且按月及时汇总归档。
2、售后服务内容:
货品到达贵单位发放并核实数量后,我方派技术人员至贵单位了解情况,并按“三包”内容进行售后?? 服务,建立指定的客户服务代表(简称CSR)为其服务,并承诺将售后服务期限延至12个月,直至贵单位满意。
3、售后服务方式:
a、货到贵单位3--10日内,我司将派CSR到贵单位了解情况,根据贵单位提供的情况进行分类,并在三天内选派技术人员在贵单位有关人员的配合下,按照“三包”内容逐个进行服务,技术人员把客户不满意的产品带回公司,在保证质量的前提下对其进行修改及至重做,并在7个工作日内完成返修且送至贵单位。
b、根据贵单位选择的面料我公司选择相关的辅料与之匹配,届时我司将制成专门的洗涤保养说明书,给贵单位作为参考,以便减少人为因素对服装的影响,延长使用期,并在发货及售后服务过程中,我司技术人员,根据面辅料的特性对服装在以后的使用过程中的洗涤保养给予专门的指导。
c、在质保期内,我公司的CSR将不定期的对贵公司进行回访,并针对贵单位出现的问题认真做好售后服务工作.....
d、根据客户的行业特点,另行制定合理的售后服务方式.....
Commitments for After Sales Service
Shanghai Honglu Fashion Co., Ltd has always giving priority to satisfaction of every customer and has established a complete set of after sales service system:
1.Service system:
a.Reply the telephone, letter and inquiry from your company in earnest, solve practical problems properly and establish documents of customer service.
b.Give a warm reception to customers and handle related matters in a short time until customers are satisfied.
c.Fill in the record sheet in detail for all products which are returned to the company owing to size or quality, collect and archive them timely every month.
2.After sales service includes:
After the goods are delivered to your company and the quantity is checked, our company will send technologist to your company learning about the situation and implement after sales service in line with the contents of "Three guarantees"; the appointed customer service representative (CSR) will be arranged and the after sales service duration will be extended to 12 months until your company is satisfied.
3.After sales service mode:
a.Within 3 to 10 days of goods delivery, our company will send CSR to your company learning about the situation and classify the goods; the technologist will be arranged within 3 days to serve your company in accordance with the contents of "Three Guarantees" with the help of your cooperation; in addition, the technologist will take the dissatisfactory products to our company, modify or reproduce the products with high quality, complete them within 7 days and send them to your company.
b.In accordance with the clothing material selected by your company, our company will select relevant auxiliary materials to match it; at the same time, our company will provide special washing and maintenance manual for your reference to reduce the influence on clothes by human factors and extend the service life; furthermore, our technologist will offer special instructions on washing and maintenance according to the features of auxiliary materials during the delivery and after sales service period.
c.The CSR of our company will pay a return visit to your company within the warranty period and implement the after sales service well in accordance with the problems.....
d.Establish reasonable after sales service mode according to the industry feature of customer…
